At Russell Moccasin, we stand behind our handcrafted heritage and want to ensure your footwear fits perfectly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, standard-sized items within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your moccasins are in original, unworn condition and were purchased as a standard stock size; please note that custom-fitted or 'made-to-measure' boots are generally non-returnable.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to provide your order number and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Securely
Place the footwear back in its original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA form to ensure your return is identified and processed quickly.
Ship and Track
Send your package to our Berlin, Wisconsin workshop using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or begin your exchange.
